At Least I'm Well Rested...

This morning I slept in...on accident. I believe this is commonly referred to as "oversleeping". I overslept by about two hours. Woops! I only live about 20 minutes from where I work, but since I use public transportation, it takes about twice that long. And I didn't even get any knitting done.

Last night I did finish this hat though!

Pattern: Marley Hat from Itty, Bitty Hats by Susan Anderson
Yarn: Tahki Cotton Classic in a variety of colors
Began: October 24th, 2007
Finished: October 28, 2007

This is intended for one of two twin-boys a co-worker knows. So, yes...that does mean I need to knit another one!

Speaking of baby hats, I've been knitting a lot of these lately. You can see some of the baby hats I have knit at the Itty Bitty Hats Knitalong. In the last two years, there have been six babies born to co-workers, and one more on the way. There must be something in the water here, which is why I think I will stick with pop (or soda for those of you not from MN!).

That is so cute! I just cast on my first hat from Itty Bitty Hats, the striped stocking cap, for a birthday that snuck up on me (Sunday, ack!). Thank goodness baby hats are so cute and a quick knit.
